I’m Kydedra Jones, a REALTOR® and Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist (C-REPS) with LPT Realty, serving homeowners throughout Cobb, Douglas, and Fulton County, Georgia.
I help homeowners approach the selling process with confidence through strategic pricing, thoughtful preparation, professional marketing, and clear guidance from listing to closing. I believe a successful sale starts with understanding both the market and the seller’s individual goals—not simply putting a home on the market and hoping for the best.
My work includes traditional home sellers as well as homeowners preparing to re-list after a previous listing expired or didn’t sell. With specialized training in real estate pricing, I help sellers better understand their home’s position in the current market and develop a strategy designed to attract the right buyers.
My approach is education-first and straightforward. I believe in honest pricing conversations, consistent communication, and giving sellers the information they need to make confident decisions without unnecessary pressure.
Whether you’re preparing to sell soon or simply considering your options, I’m here to help you understand the market, develop the right strategy, and move forward with confidence.
