I'm Kydedra Jones, a REALTOR® with LPT Realty and a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist (C-REPS), helping homeowners throughout Douglas, Cobb, and Fulton County make informed decisions about selling their homes.

Pricing With Purpose
Pricing is one of the most important decisions a seller makes.
As a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist, I use market data, comparable sales, current competition, and buyer activity to help homeowners understand where their property fits within today's market.
My goal isn't simply to suggest a list price. It's to build a pricing strategy based on what the market is actually showing us.
That means having honest conversations about market position, competition, buyer expectations, and adjustments when necessary—so decisions are based on data rather than guesswork.
Strategic Marketing & Re-Listing
A strong pricing strategy works best when it's supported by thoughtful marketing and presentation.
I focus on positioning each property to compete effectively through professional presentation, modern marketing, online exposure, and consistent communication.
I also work with homeowners whose properties were previously listed but didn't sell. Rather than simply putting the home back on the market, I review the previous pricing, marketing, buyer feedback, comparable sales, current competition, and market conditions.
From there, we build a repositioned strategy based on what the market is telling us now.
